Valérie Wack has held HRD positions in very different environments and business sectors: L’Oréal, Nomura, Coca-Cola, DDB Communication and more recently Pomona. From multinationals to large family-owned companies, she has led many transformation projects: creation of HR functions, M&A, restructuring, changes in activities/evolution of business lines… by always taking care to mobilise the social players and to strengthen internal communication.
