Fabienne Perreux

Fabienne has worked for 20 years as an International and Sales Director in complex, multicultural and matrix environments, developing pragmatic management action and training plans to address team development challenges in the context of major change. As a team leader, she has also contributed to the development of effective, results-oriented sales and operational teams.

She is involved in setting up coaching and development programs for leadership, behavioral and self-awareness skills.  She is also heavily involved in Diversity & Inclusion and Women’s Leadership programs.

For the past 10 years, she has been a professional in individual and group coaching. Her areas of expertise include developing management and leadership skills and supporting change and teams. She is also an assessment expert.
