LE FIGARO. The health crisis is still very significant however you warn against the temptation to resume the organization of pre-Covid work? Does this temptation really exist?
Bruno METTLING. This temptation stems from the very different record of the two lockdowns. After the first, the satisfaction was general. The digital dynamic was unanimously welcomed. After the second episode, it’s not the same atmosphere. Managers point out the limits of telework at fulltime. When they are not affected by unemployment, many employees feel more and more the psychosocial damage caused by the “all at a distance”.
