Humanitarianism, ecology… Companies are committed to retain employees
Major groups have realised the need to expend its reach. But the majority of young graduates are still unaware of these initiatives.
A series of commitments on the part of companies – solidarity, ecology, humanitarianism – which should not hide the fact that some companies have a double speech: on the one hand, they boast about their actions and perspectives in the service of a better world, on the other hand, on a day-to-day basis, they stick to an operational mode dedicated to all-business, which leaves little room for major commitments.
