During the Covid-19 crisis, we saw the leaders take a new interest in social dialogue.
Leaders tend to measure the effectiveness of social dialogue in times of crisis or tension. This is a serious mistake. Indeed, the quality of the social dialogue that we enjoy in times of crisis is built in times of peace.
