The opportunity to talk about the transformation of the French relationship with work and to clarify that companies must give importance to the phenomenon of disengagement of their teams … and their managers.

” If work still plays a major role in employees’ life balance (88%), we cannot deny that the collective dimension of work is weakening and that there is a need to rebalance private and professional life. When we know that 1 in 2 employees is ready to leave their job if they perceive an imbalance that is too strong, I invite companies to consider the subject”.
