4-day week: any real benefits?

The 4-day week is becoming more and more popular in European countries. France is also considering this method but is not yet ready to adopt it.

Workplace Magazine interviewed major leaders on the subject.

In fact, she explains that a reorganisation of work must be adopted, particularly on the principle of meetings: “This is a phenomenon that has already been observed in companies that went to 100% telework. Meetings become a time for exchange and decision making rather than information, which can be transmitted through other ways”.
