Jérôme Nanty, what does it mean to you to be an HRD in 2022?
I believe that being an HRD in 2022 means doing an absolutely fascinating job in an absolutely fascinating time. It is an exciting job because it is at the heart of all the issues facing companies. It is also a period which, although very difficult, is exciting because it confronts us with very structural but also very immediate issues.
